Shipping & Refunds policy

At Yashna’s Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our products (nutritious health powders), we follow a strict no return policy once the product has been opened or used.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the package is sealed, unopened, and reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must notify us by email at support@yashnas.com within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate the return process.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is received, the consignment will be shipped through Professional Couriers or through logistics aggregators such as Shiprocket, depending on the delivery location and consignment size.

All shipping terms and conditions are governed by the respective service provider.

At Yashna’s, we aim to ensure that orders are delivered within 7 business working days. However, delays arising due to courier partners, logistics vendors, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Yashna’s control, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

Shipping Charges

For orders up to 250 gms: A standard shipping charge of ₹99 + GST applies.

For orders above 500 gms: ₹49 + GST is applied for every 500 gms.

Free Shipping: All orders above ₹1500 are eligible for free shipping.

Serviceable locations

Currently, orders are fulfilled only from the South Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

Any orders placed from states outside these serviceable regions will be cancelled, and the amount will be refunded as per respective bank timelines.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned, sealed product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank’s policies and we will initiate the refund within 4 working days from the date of receipt of request.

Auto-Cancellation Policy

Orders placed outside the South Indian states will be automatically cancelled, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened, unsealed, or used packages.

  • Products reported for return after 24 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
